What should you do? How do you keep events from becoming stale? What do you need to do to make an event great? In this video, I share some of my thoughts on running events. Using our annual Peterson pipe event as an example, I share how by making some simple changes I turned it from being a “come see our pipes and get a great deal” event into an event that that has grown every year because of the experience associated with it. My hope is that in sharing about our upcoming Petey Blinders Peterson pipe event on March 14th, 2026, it sparks some ideas for you to help take your next event to the next level.
